Pardon me but this detox juice was so tasty. 😀 The Orange detox juice but then surprise there is no orange in that.I made that up with 2 Carrots,2 Red Apples and 2 tsp of Ginger! I love adding 2-3 leaves of Mint as well just to give it that refreshing taste and also a different kind of sweet as the juice is sweet enough. Blend all of these in iced cold water and some ice cubes.Stir with 1 small tsp of brown sugar and that’s it. True its not really a detox drink if you add sugar maybe?
Oh sadly enough I love a little bit of sugar in my drinks even though this one is already a little sweet.:( Probably next time I can sprinkle a little bit of Cinnamon powder.Apparently it is a substitute for sugar in everything.Even in your cakes,pancake batter,drinks and etc.Lately detox drinks have been very popular.Detoxification is a normal body process of eliminating or neutralizing toxins through the colon and liver.If you feel “congested” from too much food — or the wrong kinds of food — you may want to detoxify. Normally you have to be drinking the detox juice throughout the whole day so that you wont feel hungry. It is meant to fill you up.
I have never tried a detox diet so far but I intend to soon. Well who does not want to be healthy and above all ladies, it gets you glorious skin! 😛 Skin of the Goddess 😀
