Strawberry Jam Oat Crumble Bars 🍓 For the past few weeks, I have had such a great time creating recipes , styling and shooting images for one of our leading Brands on the market. Crunchy, sweet and a twist to the usuals cookies, oat bars are great way to start the day. Quick grab in the morning, as snacks or towards more indulgence as dessert - topped with your favourite vanilla ice cream/ custard cream for the greedy (like me). Psst ! You can definitely spot how I went for the large cuts instead of smaller bite size. They are the easiest recipe you can make at home to satisfy those cravings. Dear All, Compared to where I was emotionally and mentally some months back. Lately it has started to feel much better at heart and soul. I have been burned out completely starting off last year. I was going down more and more into a darker place within. Uninspired, mind fogs, inability to be social and always drained along with all the anxiety and depression kicking at it's worse. I couldn't even lift my hands to style or create, even how badly I wanted to get back at it. I felt almost like a handicapped person, in mind and slowly in my body too. I am grateful to everyone who was there, supportive and understanding. You all are unbelievably kind! Thank you so much for holding space for me, while I worked on sorting myself out for the best. We are only a few weeks away now to welcoming a brand new year, as well as many new beginnings and positive changes. This year was very overwhelming for me, as I moved out to be on my own completely. I am still trying to find a balance even though it's very challenging to stick to new habits and choices. But I want to heal my body and mind. Not everyday is a win, but some days are better than the others. I have so much to do in all honesty, and as much as I am devoted to all my commitments. I am miserably failing to keep up with the pace. I realised that a slower approach boost ground my energy more. That is I can get a lot more done when I go slow rather than allow the rush of time to control my day. Looking forward to sharing some more of what I have been creating for some Brands during the past few months. Looking forward to providing better and also taking on some few challenges with what I do to push myself upwards. I am my biggest competitive self, and for a while I have been working on being kind to myself. In life, you have to care less about what's around you. Someway or the other, it's a completely new beginning unfolding for me. And slowly I have started to believe and having faith that you can have anything you want in life. Somehow whatever you set your mind into with passion in your heart to quench. Is already yours! Certainly I have a long, very long way to go with everything I am currently doing. But here we are, hustling better and mindfully healthier. It starts with setting the intentions of what you want. My Instagram page is almost like a memoir. I love to keep it updated with every breakthrough along my soulful journey with Life. Day by day, more and more I am able to calibrate my energy proper. Almost ticking little wins and building a structure for myself. It's basically lots of trials and forgiveness involved. Forgiving myself that I am not always at my best. Forgiving myself that it is okay not to know a lot even. I have finally accepted that there are days, my body will just relapse. It is okay to rest. It is okay to pause and it is okay to do nothing at all for a week even! I am kind of at a turning point though, I love baking @1770.artisan.bakery and I also love growing peachytales 😘 But then managing both gets my shoulder lock and it is quite some pain to do both. Literally, I do not have a clear picture of where I want to be in 5 years. Or what I want to do with everything and myself for an instant. However I guess one day at a time, everything will come together. Thank you for being here everyday, everyone sharing dinner and so much more with me on the stories. I love having you all around.
