The temperatures are soaring again and the heat lately hasn't been easy to cope with at all. Here's a perfect way to cool down and the plus side is that they are homemade. I absolutely love Mango Lassi as they are my most favourite summer drink to have. This Summer along with Sunny Food Canners, we decided to pair the readily available Mango Smoozee with a yogurt/curd base for some drooling popsicles. They are really a great fun to have and while making them, it reminded me of the good old childhood days. My hands were covered with mango lassi dripping all over while having a go at one. Happy New Year celebration to each and everyone of you ❤️ So overwhelming, isn't it? My timeline is flooded with so many good memories and achievements of so many of you. And I couldn't be any happier to see how you are all choosing yourself more and more. Each and everyday making choices that are aligned to your soul. Leaving behind social dogmas or conditioned norms that bind and shape us somehow. I am very happy to see how you are all choosing your soul and heart as compass and living the life that is so liberating for yourself. I don't have much to share to be honest but this Year has been very precious to me nonetheless . To all those newly following, I would love to say THANK YOU for being here, part of my everyday and healing journey. More and more my soul is pivoting towards a slow and intentional living. I have outgrown so much in just a year since I moved out and is completely on my own now. Everyday is a challenge mentally and emotionally but it was necessary so that I can continue with my soul growth. This year looks even more challenging in terms of many things because it feels like I have to let go and unlearn so much core patterns and way of thinking for myself. To be open to a different reality,all for myself. I'm getting there but still not ready to open up about my story or to put much in front. I am, however looking forward to a 2020 filled with unlimited possibilities and learning so much more about myself 🥰 I don't know how things are going to look by the end of the year from where I am standing but I am hoping, it is for the betterment of my soul. Strawberry Jam Oat Crumble Bars 🍓 For the past few weeks, I have had such a great time creating recipes , styling and shooting images for one of our leading Brands on the market. Crunchy, sweet and a twist to the usuals cookies, oat bars are great way to start the day. Quick grab in the morning, as snacks or towards more indulgence as dessert - topped with your favourite vanilla ice cream/ custard cream for the greedy (like me). Psst ! You can definitely spot how I went for the large cuts instead of smaller bite size. They are the easiest recipe you can make at home to satisfy those cravings.
