To thine own Self , Be True 💋 Dear All, I thought I pen down myself today just to break the silence a little. I have been trying to change my eating habits completely since a while because it has started to feel not quite right anymore, from within! (mind, body and soul) I, therefore, decided to give Intermittent Fasting a try last year (May - July) and the changes have been getting better and better! Then I gradually included as low calorie as possible - Green Smoothies (two times a day) as Detox Plan with one meal only at night (Plant Based/Less Meat as much as possible). Little by little it helped calibrating my energies (being very sensitive to energies and people) along with Emotions (heavy emotions from unresolved inner works) too 😘 Working on myself on a daily basis has been the most challenging aspect so far. On top of growing and nurturing two start ups on my own. A pressure both Mentally & Physically 🙏 Thank you so much to each and everyone who has been lending an ear, a hand, generous support, direction/clarity and so much more since the beginning. I am grateful that along the way, to have had so many branches/ladder available to climb a little higher on this path, we call LIFE. Our greatest journey is exploring the unknown wilderness within our own soul. Self Care, I never knew how important it was until now. This year is all about Self Care, Decluttering, Sacred Space, Balance, Healthy Boundaries and Nurturing of the Self. To Bloom differently. To Create better. To Flow more confidently. To make room for the NEW! I have been very silent lately on here! I reckon.And I'm very sorry about this. Things are always taking different turns in and out of my life lately. Where most of the things are related to my own spiritual journey and everything that is intertwined along. The veils are thinning, the masks have fallen off, and I'm trying to adjust myself with myself. We are always learning, facing different perspectives, adjusting to the changes, our own changes. I am grateful that life gives second chances. I just want you all beautiful beings to know that I am working on creating a different approach with PeachyTales. I am taking a year off the blog and recipes, a year off creating visuals with food for my blog. For now it feels like this is needed. I am very honest to myself and even if sometimes the noises get loud. I want to be true to my journey and the blog is a great part of me. I will still be present on Instagram Stories sharing beautiful candid moments of my day though. For this year, I will take a rest emotionally, mindfully and spiritually. Allow me to come back more aligned with myself. My services as Food Stylist/Content Creator and Photography remains available. However all my social media platforms are off to the grid.
